| Project Summary |
For this long established accountancy firm, specialising in business and taxation advice to the media industry, we were contracted to refurbish 4,500 sq.ft. of office space to provide accommodation for 30 people including 8 partners. The existing silicone jointed glazed partitions were reconfigured and extended to create various rooms including a boardroom and meeting room. The entire building was re-painted. To give a light airy feel, walls were predominantly painted in white, with certain areas highlighted in purple, lilac, or light blue to compliment upholstery fabrics, furniture and the tone of Blinkhorns' new corporate identify redesigned by us at the same time. Desking Systems' Neo furniture range was chosen for its style, cost effectiveness and third level storage. To create an executive feel, we manufactured a bespoke boardroom table in beech veneer. This was complimented by Sedus Chicago seating in beech upholstered with contrasting leather and suede. Extensive high density filing was provided by the installation of a quantity of storage walls throughout the offices. This project was entered into the FX International Interiors Design Awards, small office category. |
