For this Finance House, part of the Bibby Financial Services Group, we tendered to refurbish newly acquired premises in Rickmansworth, to include all partitioning to form a conference room, two directors' offices, a comms room, and a stationery store, along with the installation of extensive floor to ceiling storage wall. In addition, the entire office was redecorated with new carpet and wall coverings. Whilst working on this contract we were instructed to project manage Bibby’s preferred IT contractor. The project was commenced on a short lead-time prior to Christmas and the client successfully relocated during the Christmas and New Year shutdown.
